Foundation and Beginnings (2005)
Serna Corporation Mostly know as Serna Company or also as SECO, was Founded December 14, 2005 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon by Dylan Serna), staring with a webpage in FreeWebs (Actually Webs.com), It was mostly like a personal site with games, news, music and some other stuff.
2006 - 2007
In 2006 After the webpage was created on December, the webpage was changed to another FreeWebs account and that time it had Games, Music, Videos, Music Videos, Downloads, News, then 2 more sites where opened "Terror Serna" (2006) a Horror webpage and an Free AntiVirus Webpage (2006), Then on May 21, 2006 Serna Company Videos Productions (SCVP) was Created and created their First Video: Toño a la Fama, then 2 weeks later their site Serna Videos was created. Then SCVP made some other Projects on June, then on July 2006 the company had some Copyright Problems (2006) with a Elementary School, and some Videos were deleted and the page of Horror was closed, and the Serna Videos site was temporally closed, Then on August 2006 the Serna Videos site was reopened. Then on February 2007 the SCVP YouTube Account was canceled and then opened the New one (The Actual Account) in February 19, 2007. Some of the Videos made in 2007: Running Free, RE:Riot!, The Choking Game XBLOCK, and some others.
2008
2008 was just a Progress year for Serna Company, That year we get more staff like Jack Sampson, the Actual Technology Director. Also in July 2008 Jack Sampson payed for the Domain SernaVideos.TV (Actually Serna TV).
2009
2009 The best year for Serna Company, Which Opened 9 WebSites, Much More Staff, New Videos, and Technologies.
- Serna Company WebPages were moved of Server (Fatser, Safer, More Space, and more...)
- Serna Company Wiki Opened. (SernaCompany.org)
- The TV Project was Officially Opened at the Beginnings of 2009. (SernaVideos.TV Actually: SernaTV.com)
- Secogames with their own doamin. (Secogames.com)
- Secofix open. (Secofix.net)
- Serna Company Blog Opened and replaced Serna Videos News Pgaes. (Blog.SernaCompany.org)
- Serna Company Music Productions (SCMP) (May) was Created.
- Anne Frank 2009 Video (May) was Finished.
- Fernando Mendirichaga was named the Vice President, CSO, and the SCMP Director.
- The Page Serna.cc was Created.
- The Song Causa y Efecto (July) started selling in iTunes.
- Serna.in and Serna.org.uk (August) where crated.
- Blue Eyes Studios The New Sub-Company Announced in September.
- DanStudios Productions (October) Adquiered as a Sub-Company of Serna Company, and Daniel Lozano was named DSP and SCVP Director.
- DanStudios Productions (October) Domain (Dansp.com).
2010 - Present
- New Domains (January 05): SernaCompany.com and Serna.ca .
- Alejandro Martinez is named the New Design and Creativity Director (January).
- Arturo Mendirichaga is named the New Serna Company Music Productions Director (April).
- Alejandro Martinez is now also staff in SCMP (May).
- Maggie Regalado is the Official Photographer in Creativity and Design (May).
- Serna Company Music Productions (SCMP) changed the name to Black Wings Records (BWR).
